Summary: Web Engineer, serving as technical member of multi-disciplinary User Centered Design team. participated in product development from concept, to usability testing, to prototyping, implementation, and deployment.

joined Intuit’s User Centered Design team in November of 2000.

primary focus – to participate in product development for the second-generation of Intuit’s QuickBooks Site Solutions product.

began working with team to brainstorm concepts for tools and user interaction. helped set up usability lab, facilitate paper prototype and low-fi prototype testing with end users. interpreted feedback from users back into product plans.

additionally, developed User Interfaces for QuickBase and Intuit Developer Network.
